By the end of this summer I will have over 2 acres of perennial and annual cut flowers in the ground as well as an acre dedicated to an assortment of sunflowers. I also start many vegetable plants from seed that are available to buy in 4 " pots starting in May. In the field we have rhubarb and asparagus in the spring. Tomatoes, beans, squash, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and horseradish through the summer and fall. Early in March I start planting seed trays of herbs in the greenhouse. Herbs are sold potted as well as cut from the field. Potted herbs are ready some time in May. I also grow and sell a small variety of perennials. Basically, the plants I use for my cut flower market, but I grow a few extra and sell them as well.
